  • the cosiest yoga studio in milton keynes is based in the cutest area of milton keynes - nestled in the north western corner, the historical town of stony stratford. full details & address given once you have booked a class.

  • anyone looking to begin their yoga journey is beyond welcome at sarah ghaffari yoga. yoga is a lifelong holistic practice that is never ‘finished,’ so in a way we are all beginners.

    that said, some classes are slightly more tailored towards those at the start of their journey with this type of movement. they are moonlight magic & starlight serenity. just reach out if you want to discuss the class that’s best for you & your needs.

  • classes are limited to just 5 mats - encouraging community & connection.

    feelings of nerves or overwhelm before attending your first class are completely understandable. all I will say is that if you’ve made the commitment to yourself to move your body & try something new, the hardest part is done! I’d really encourage anyone who is feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just a bit shy to come & give it a try. your new friends are waiting.

    each class finishes with a tea & chance to chat with your fellow yogis.

  • classes at sarah ghaffari yoga are unique, not to be found anywhere else. labels are great, but can lead to overcomplicating the process of connecting with your breath & moving your body.

    the studio isn’t pigeonholed into one type of yoga, but presents as 5 unique class styles which flow in harmony with the sun & moon, celebrating the natural rhythms of your body throughout the day.

    if you insist on a category, most classes have a general backbone of vinyasa, with starlight serenity holding more space for yin & restorative poses.

  • yourself, comfortable clothes you can move in, nothing else. the space is very cosy, so please bring as small amount of ‘stuff’ as you can. mats & props are provided.

  • there are 3 choices available - 4 classes, 8 classes & 12 classes, all billed per calendar month. you also have the option to take it 1 class at a time before committing to a membership.

    once undertaken, memberships can be cancelled with 1 months notice.

    memberships can be viewed once you have moved through the booking page. reach out with any queries.

  • it’s great that you’re looking to introduce yoga into your routine despite being injured. recommend reaching out before booking a class for advice on which style is best. there’s also the option to disclose your current injury/mobility issues/unique situation on your welcome form once your first class is booked.
