at sarah ghaffari yoga we can fit just 5 mats, perfect for a boutique community feel.
avoid the overwhelm of large crowded studios & be greeted by name. your new friends are waiting.

the winter schedule contains 9 fixed classes a week. all classes for december are currently bookable.
the winter schedule will run from 1st december - 1st march. please let me know any feedback & what you’d like to see on the timetable & changes can be implemented.

yourself, comfortable clothes you can move in, water, nothing else. mats & props are provided.
the studio is very snug, so please bring a minimal amount of ‘stuff.’

yoga is a lifelong holistic practice, & I’d love to guide you wherever in your journey you are.

3 memberships are available: 4 classes, 8 classes & 12 classes per calendar month.
this is billed monthly until cancelled. prices can be found by selecting ‘membership’ from the menu bar.
you are encouraged to take the option of purchasing a single class before committing to membership. just reach out if you have any queries.
classes can only be rolled over on a case by case basis.
